The primary emphasis is on optimizing learning environments and improving teaching effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1379\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1118\">Module 2 \u2013 Educational Psychology<\/strong><br data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1121\" \/>Addresses psychological theories and methods for understanding, supporting, and developing students and faculty in academic settings. Key topics include individual differences, cognitive processes, and factors affecting learning and professional performance.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1642\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1433\">Module 3 \u2013 Research and Scientific Activities<\/strong><br data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1436\" \/>Covers academic research practices, scholarly writing, digital research technologies, and the organization of scientific events.
